One of a shoe junkie's favourite things is other junkies. Even better is when you create a junkie, like I've done with my best friend who now spends her days perusing shoe websites like it's a new kind of porn addiction. This past weekend she introduced me to a new line of shoes and all I can say is Oh.My.God. Pendragon Shoes are out of Australia, and they have taken shoes to an entirely new level. This is footwear as wearable art. This is some kind of heaven, shoe addicts. Many of these shoes are custom-made, and they are all handcrafted. This explains the pricing, which is not cheap, but can you truly put a price on this kind of art? Instead of giving the prices I'll show some of their work, and then I suggest you visit the website. The Two Best Words In The English Language - Shoe Sale!

It's that time of year when shoe retailers are making room for fall stock, and there are great deals to be had on some amazing shoes! Now, these might be on clearance but some of them are fairly classic designs, sure to be just as popular next year, or even this fall. I found these on sale at Schuh and while I'm not usually a fan of such blocky heels I love the brogue design and spectator colour. Awesome with fall clothing, shoe addicts!

It's All About Colour!

Perusing the fall fashion trends has shown me that colour is in this fall, and in a big way. Bold colours, too, not quiet little browns and khakis. I found these lovely little shoes at Aldo's and they will fit nicely into any fall wardrobe that embraces those brave new colours!

So, I've been on a three-week hiatus, fellow addicts, but spent some of that time checking out new fall styles. A Victim of Damask

Beside my obsession with shoes I confess to having other obesessions, too. One of them happens to be damask fabric, and items made with damask fabric (my laptop bag is a beautiful handmade damask bag specially ordered from Etsy). I found these shoes today at Cydwoq and think I may be in love...

Love the company name, love the shoes, and love that they can be found at my very favourite online retailer Schuh. Found these today and think they would be lovely for the fall. The tri-colour/metallic accent wedge is fascinating, and the ankle strap is way hot. The glitter on the black version is an intriguing look for evening. The tri-colour is a great daytime shoe, too!
